It was a dark and stormy night and I have lived in Black Forest, CO for 30 years. I was living in Calif. when I had a chance to transfer to Colorado Springs. On my first visit driving around looking for a house - Briargate - looked just like Calif. - not only no but.... Someone said "Drive north to Shoup Rd, turn right and drive through Black Forest.". Well half way through the drive - "I'm going to live in one of these houses!". And I did.
Hi, I'm moving out to black forest at the beginning of September. I want to put up a green house but was reading their convents and it looks like I would have to get it approved? Did you? Is it difficult or easy to get an approval? I have a 5 acres of land but it's next to Herring road.
ReplyDelete"Convents" are rules for each subdivision. The convents in our subdivision have expired (was built in). It all depends on who wrote them. We once looked at a house out here - until we found out we had to get "permission" to plant a rose bush next the the front porch - forever.
